Oakland Elite Volleyball was started with a specific purpose in mind: To assist young athletes with achieving their volleyball goals. We are committed to providing quality physical and psychological training needed for competition. This competitive athletic experience enhances social development, contributes to mental and physical health, and teaches the values of teamwork, responsibility, self-discipline and self-motivation.
Oakland Elite BASKETBALL is a competitive basketball club located in Southeast Michigan that is a member of and participates in three different national organizations such as AAU basketball.
Oakland Elite basketball program seeks out competition with the top basketball programs in the country, along with events that have strong college exposure for each of the athletes.
We will focus on training our athletes using unique training methods with attention to detail, specialty training groups, and a physical training program designed for the basketball athlete.
Our focus is on training each individual player to reach their potential. Every athlete is different and will require training that fits her needs (especially at the youngest ages) not those of the program's. The Oakland Elite Program also works with the needs of the multi-sport /multi-activity student-athlete. We feel that the great deal of exposure and elite competition we offer will give our athletes a wonderful opportunity to continue their basketball careers at the collegiate level.
If your dream is to someday play for a collegiate program or beyond. Or if you just want to currently compete at the uppermost level for your age group, then OEV could be for you.
We believe that our Youth Programs (10’s – 14’s) should be more concerned with learning the correct basics and foundation of the sport, and is not predicated on winning alone. If you are looking to learn the skills from an experienced staff, learn to play the game and be a team player, this is the program for you.
